Our small staff size makes for very personal care, but it limits us from spending much time on the phone. We kindly request that you be familiar with your dental insurance and eligibility before your first visit with us.
We will gladly submit claims and pre-treatment authorizations on your behalf but ask that your estimated portion be paid at the time of your visit.
